Delivery & Returns
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Postage and handling fee will be added automatically on all orders. Orders in Finland and abroad are sent via Finnish Post Office with Postal Parcel. We will dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days after the order and payment has been confirmed, excluding holidays and weekends.
After the purchase customer will receive an order confirmation with detailed information by email. After shipping the customer will receive a tracking code by email. Customers from non-EU countries are responsible for possible import customs and taxes.
When ordering from outside Finland, please allow up to 10-14 days for delivery. We will ship orders worldwide.
Delivery charges variate depending on the shipping country and are listed below according to prices of the Finnish Post Office.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you’ll receive a faulty or wrong sized item, you may return your order or exchange it to another item within 14 days from the purchase date. The returning policy applies also to discounted products on SALE section except items bought during the BLACK WEEKEND 2017 campaign (24.-26. Nov.). On domestic (Finnish) orders all packages contain a pre-paid and pre-addressed Customer Return Parcel label, and returns are free of charge when this document is used for postage.
When returning items, please fill out also the return form with your contact details and state the reason for the return / exchange so that we can provide you with the best customer service. Please note that only unworn, unwashed products returned within 14 days or defective items can be returned for full refund.
