We ship orders worldwide. Postage and handling fee will be added automatically on all orders. Orders in Finland and abroad are sent via Finnish Post Office with Postal Parcel. We will dispatch all orders within 1-4 working days after the order and payment has been confirmed, excluding holidays and weekends.
We offer a tracking code on all orders. After the purchase, the customer will receive an order confirmation with detailed information by email. Delivery charges vary depending on the shipping country and are listed below according to prices of the Finnish Post Office.

READ ABOUT EXCHANGE & RETURNS
We hope that you are in love with the products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or the size doesn’t fit, you may return your order or exchange it to another item within 14 days (from the date you received the order).
Please note that only unworn, unwashed products returned within 14 days or defective items can be returned for full refund. Please fit the products carefully, because if the products have stains or other significant marks caused by the fitting (excluding wrinkles and folds that are totally normal and accepted), unfortunately the product is unsaleable and we cannot accept the return.
EXCHANGE / FINLAND
Exchange to another size or style is FREE (one exchange per order). We offer delivery costs on all exchanges made within 14 days (only in Finland).
Follow the instructions that you'll receive along with the goods and fill the "Exchange & Return form" with your contact details and state the reason for the exchange so that we can provide you with the best customer service.
Attache the return label on the top of the package and take the package to the nearest Post office. Always keep the receipt of your return until the whole exchange process has been made.

RETURNS / FINLAND
You may return your order within 14 days from the date you received your delivery.
Follow the instructions that you'll receive along with the goods and fill the "Exchange & Return form" with your contact details and state the reason for the exchange so that we can provide you with the best customer service.
If you did not receive the "Exchange & Return form" with your shipment and would like to return or exchange the product, please contact our customer service at info@mirkkametsola.com.
Attache the pre-paid return label on the top of the package and take the package to the Post office for the customer return. Always keep the receipt of your return until the whole refund process has been made.
We will refund the full cost of the products within 7-14 days but a return fee of 8,50 € applies to all domestic orders in Finland. The return fee will be deducted from the refund.

NON-PICKUPS / FINLAND
If a parcel is not picked up from the pick-up point the parcel will be returned to us automatically. We will refund the full cost of the products within 7-14 days but an extra handling fee of 15,00 € will be deducted from the refund.
